This workshop focuses on Mindfulness and Yoga. People all around us are getting more minful and scientific research also shows more benefits every day. During this workshop 2 trainers will introduce you to the concept of mindfulness, and with the use of yoga excercises help you experience this for yourself. In a world full of distraction, information, things to want, constant comparison and judgement, to actively choose to simply experience the present moment can save our sanity, create perspective to remember what’s actually important and give us the tools to have a flexible and non-reactive mind.
